Decentralyne

Any project.
One contract.
A whole team.

Decentralyne executes projects. You bring one — any kind, any size — and we build the team for it from about a hundred people: engineers, designers, product and project people, marketers and writers. We run it to your spec and we carry it. A team on your project inside a week.

Tell us what you're building

Work already out the door

Thirty-eight shipped products and titles, for people who paid for them. A government agency, funded startups, consumer apps, and a media operator who commissioned twenty news titles at once. Links open in a new tab.

And a twenty-title news network

One programme, twenty independent mastheads — each with its own identity, editorial setup and publishing pipeline. All twenty are live; every title below links to a running site.

Twenty of those shipped as one programme, in parallel. If your build is bigger than one team, that is the part worth looking at.

How a project runs

You send a brief.

What you're building, roughly when you need it, and what you've already got. A paragraph is enough to start.

We build the team.

Assembled from people whose work we've already seen, sized to the job. Engineers, designers, product, marketing — whatever the build actually needs, not whoever happens to be free.

One lead owns it.

A named person is responsible for delivery, and is who you talk to. The team can change shape as the work does. Your point of contact doesn't.

Who carries it

You hire Decentralyne, not a hundred freelancers. We take the project, build the team, and carry it. One contract, one invoice, one person to call when it slips.

Inside, the room has no hierarchy — that is what makes people want to be in it. Outside, the company is the counterparty. Both are true, and the second one is the one that matters to you.

What it costs

An hourly rate, a fixed project fee, or a share of the invoice — whichever fits the job. Which one, and how much, comes out of the brief: how big the build is, how long it runs, and how much of it is still undecided.

There's no rate card here because there isn't one. Send the brief and you'll get a number.

Tell us what you're building.

A paragraph is enough. What it is, roughly when you need it, and anything you've already got. You'll hear back from a person.
